Hey Everyone! Thanks for all your well-wishes during Hurricane Ike. Wow! What an experience! We have been very blessed and weathered the storm well! We just got our internet back up and running again just in time for Izzy's 10 month old birthday today! She has gone from frog-hopping to actual crawling! She now says, "Daddy" with much more conviction and throws a couple of "Mamas" in there to keep mom happy. Cheerios and cereal puffs have been added to her meal repertoire and she gives mommy kisses on her cheek. She is, of course, an absolute joy! Here's a video of her crawling--this time "for reals!" Enjoying another humid, sticky, cruddy day in Houston. If I sound less than enthused, well, I am. I wonder if they let people swim in this fountain...?

Gee, mom, your "impenetrable" baby barricade seems to be working marvelously. 

Okay, I'm starting to get this whole camera thing. When faced with a camera you: 1.) Look into the camera 2.) Provide a winsome smile 3.) Receive adoration from parents.
