Finally Izzy had her 9 month check-up today. Here is the latest:
Height: 27 1/4in.  Weight: 19lbs. 14oz.
The doctor said she was at the "perfect weight and height" and she looked great! We already knew that but it's nice to hear it from a professional!

On the exam table in the doctor's office. Hey mom? Can we get some of this cool paper for our house? Ooooo, snag some of those big popsicle stick thingys, too!

I'm sooo over the stroller! When can I get my license?

Daddy: my favorite word and person. Well, tied with Mommy, of course.

Baby crunches...one and two and three and four! Feel the burn!

Next up on "Stylish Home with Izzy" we'll show you how to artfully scatter your toys throughout your living room to give it that homey feel.

Rockin' the bow and the attitude!

We had to reschedule Izzy's check-up so we don't have the current stats, yet, but to tide you all over, here are some videos of Izzy practicing her two favorite words: "hi" and "daddy." Enjoy!

Izzy is nine months old today! She has her check-up on Thursday so we'll update the blog then, too, with all the latest stats.

Hold on...give me a minute. I'm still waiting for my Starbucks to kick in.
(Note: No, mommy and daddy do not give caffeinated beverages to their 9 month old. This is an empty cup and photo prop only! No babies were corrupted in the making of this blog.)

Suncreen, check. Pacifier, check. Kicky, pink shorts, check.

Mom, where's your pacifier?

Enjoying a visit from my Auntie Melena.

C'mon, let me have the camera. I just want to take one picture. Okay. Maybe, two.

Ehh? What's that you say?

Look what I can do! Tongue to nose!

You can call me "Flower" if you want to.

Yes, mom, I realize I'm adorable. Now could you please back up and give me some personal space!

Hey! How's it goin'?

Daddy and I out enjoying the weekend.

I can't decide if I'm happy or sad so I'll be both.

Here is a video of Izzy laughing at her mommy practicing yoga. She always gets a big kick out of mom when she's upside-down.
